Quarterly hero content to generate demand
Plentific’s quarterly digital marketing campaigns depend heavily on engaging and impactful scroll-stopping hero content. For the second quarter of 2024, the focus was on the “Guide to Effortless Repairs & Maintenance,” a lead magnet designed to highlight how Plentific’s software streamlines repairs and maintenance processes – a product suite that the Cremarc content team has existing experience of writing about in their time with Active Housing. The campaign aimed to address common industry challenges such as disrepair backlogs, safety concerns, compliance violations, and resource allocation difficulties – and provide actionable solutions to these. The content was distributed through various channels, including organic and paid ads, the company website, email marketing, and referrals.

We also work with Plentific on a monthly basis to produce new blog content. This can span thought leadership, cornerstone SEO blogs, and social copy. Some of the blogs include; a coral reef metaphor explaining housing data ecosystems, and references to Field of Dreams and Bing Crosby Christmas songs.

The hero asset our team produced served as a comprehensive resource for property managers, addressing various challenges such as; Disrepair & Backlog, Safety Concerns & Low Resident Satisfaction, Compliance Violations & Legal Liabilities, Resource Allocation, Communication & Documentation, and Cost Management. This complex sector-specific subject matter meant that our content team had to execute research and work closely with the team at Plentific to ensure relevance. The guide ultimately positioned Plentific as a solution to these challenges, showcasing its capabilities in digitalisation and centralisation, which are key to optimising property maintenance operations.
Our creative team also designed the guide, collaborating closely with the content team to bring some innovative ideas to life like the ‘Vs.’ video game-style battlecard page. Initially, Plentific were wary that pushing the boundaries of their content might result in the piece being off-brand, but our team ensured that the content and visuals aligned closely with the messaging frameworks and strategy that were outlined at the start of the project.
Results
Across the quarter, on average, we exceeded lead targets by 152%, underscoring the power of well-crafted thought leadership content for lead generation. The in-house Plentific team then ran automated nurture workflows to these leads to drive them towards demos of the relevant Repairs Diagnostics solution. Overall, the campaigning and relationship with Plentific showcases our ability to support in-house marketing teams with incredible content when their capacity is stretched and they are looking for an injection of creativity.
